Been a while since I introduced a new Princess in Ruby's tale! This is Princess Horri of the Cyber Kingdom.

Magic: Electronic and Illustration
Weapons: Her necklace, crown and graphic tablet pen
Special Ability: She can make things she draws with her pen real!
Personality: Friendly, kind soul.
Hobbies: Drawing, blogging, inventing 
Crown: Hover crown. Follows her and can morph into a disk if needed to attack

Horri's dress is wearable tech, she change it's appearance whenever she chooses to but she prefers it green.
